I am getting information to lose my weight now.
We have a lot of way to diet.
Eating banana in the morning seems to be good.
Drinking coffe before and after eating seems to be good, too.
Olive oil has a work to stop stocking the fat.... oh, nice.
What is the best, I mean true information?!
We are sometimes confused because there is too much information online.
How can we find SOLID INFORMATION???
For my opinion, I check whether it is private homepage or company and group homepage.
I believe the information in bigger homepage than private one.
But It will be reliable when sender write about his/her experience in private homepage.
Therefore, I picked up a way of dieting from private homepage!
